This property in Holland Park has undergone a full renovation. Heckmann Design Ltd have undertaken services for full architectural, and interior works, including built in joinery and some of the furniture design. The property is located within a conservation area. Any proposed changes to the exterior of the building were subject to an approval by the Local Authorities. Heckmann Design Ltd have made a successful application for a planning permission on behalf of the Client. The approved changes were critical in improving how the internal spaces were used and perceived. Internally, the staircases was replaced entirely, and the layouts of the rooms changed to suite the Clinet’s large family needs. The interiors are modern, with a consistent architectural language flowing from space to space, and yet practicality and usability was critical to achieve under the Client’s brief.
